Free worldwide shipping — every order, no minimum.
Processing Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods this may extend slightly, but we'll always keep you updated.
Delivery times Once shipped, estimated delivery is:
- United Kingdom — 3–5 business days
- United States — 5–8 business days
- Rest of world — 6–10 business days
Tracking your order You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can also track in real time at Track my order. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Delays Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, or weather disruptions. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, email us at support@valeroaofficial.com before contacting your bank — we'll always resolve it for you directly.
