Returns & Refunds
At Valeroa, every purchase comes with a simple promise: if it's not right, we'll make it right.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We cover return shipping on all approved returns — no cost to you.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition received
- Tags still attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Starting a Return
Email us at support@valeroaofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions and a prepaid return label.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we won't be able to process them.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@valeroaofficial.com. We'll resolve it straight away at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Standard return conditions apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@valeroaofficial.com.
